Terms and Conditions

Basic details are as follows:

• Kennel cough vaccination is preferred but will accept without this
• DHP (Distemper, Hepatitis, Parvovirus)and Lepto (Leptospirosis L2 or L4) vaccination are mandatory and will not be boarded without up-to-date booster
• House trained
• Good with other dogs
• No aggressive behaviour tolerated
• Trials/Meet and Greet. Day trial followed by overnight before acceptance, which are chargeable.
• 50% Non-Refundable Booking Fee, balance to be paid 14 days before commencement of booking
• No additional fees for Bank Holidays and Christmas
• 2 Emergency Contacts are essential
• Proof of vaccinations required
• Unspayed female dogs accepted but if season starts whilst boarding they will be sent home immediately
• Dogs under 12 months accepted on completion of trials to see their behaviour
